Specially selected parcels of Chardonnay were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas. Each parcel was cool fermented separately in stainless steel, with some parcels being ages on lees, and some on French oak for a few months or both. TASTING NOTES: It begins with captivating aromas, then the luscious peaches and vibrant summer grapefruit tantalize the palate, whilst the subtle oak just lingers in the background. COLOR: Pale straw with green hues. AROMA: Fresh citrus, peach and tropical aromas with subtle vanillin oak. PALATE: Grapefruit and peach characters with a zesty acidic finish.
